M-F-B engaged Aiimi to implement a new centralised document management system to provide a single repository to store all incoming and outgoing documents, emails and attachments for clients’ matters across the firm.
How Aiimi helped
Using OpenText eDOCS the Aiimi team implemented a solution that integrates with the practice management system to automatically create client and matter references. The solution also allows email to be filed in bulk, manually and automatically even when the fee earner is away. Aiimi migrated all of the existing documentation into the new document management platform and have provided first class support to the organisation since go live. We also plan to move to the next phase of the deployment with Aiimi to introduce mobile working to the firm.
