Southwark Council wanted to develop its digital business strategy around information management as a key enabler for accelerated channel shift and significant middle office savings. It engaged Aiimi to help it achieve its goals.
How Aiimi Helped
One of the main challenges at Southwark was bringing the council together and developing an agreed consensus on the vision for digitisation. This included the vision for the web estate (majoring on user experience), information sharing across the council, integration across the back-office, the role of cloud and how the council could develop a unified view of its residents and partners. Aiimi worked closely with Southwark Council’s board and key elected councillors to address these issues - and achieve these goals.
