Steve is a Board Director of The ReThink Group Plc. and Managing Director of Aiimi. Steve is responsible for running all of Aiimi’s business operations and for rapid growth across the organisation in line with group objectives. Steve’s background is in the creation, development and management of business transformation and technology services business’s, offering global consulting, support and education services.
After graduating in Computation at UMIST, Steve started his career in software engineering and has largely worked with emerging technologies, helping customers to stay ahead of the competition through the deployment of innovative solutions. Steve is an expert in Business Process Management, Content Management and Business Intelligence technologies.
Steve brings 14 years of executive management experience; After working at EDS & PWC, Steve became the founder and Managing Director of APS which was acquired by Lava Systems and subsequently acquired by Open Text Corporation. Steve has held VP EMEA positions at Lava, Open Text and most recently at MicroStrategy a leading Business Intelligence software firm.
Steve has built consulting teams throughout Europe, Middle East and Asia and created off-shore centre’s of excellence in Eastern Europe, Spain and South Africa. Steve has assembled a world class team that can deliver strategic consulting, complete implementation lifecycle services and managed services for ‘business as usual’ operations and support.

Bio:
Gillian is a highly accomplished and respected Principal Consultant with over 25 years practical experience of working with clients in both the Private and Public sectors. She has proven success in identifying, justifying, planning and executing operational and organizational change across a broad range of core business operations.
Gillian brings a sound understanding of the impact of change, gained through hands on experience of working with customers in the banking, insurance, communications, hi-tech, retail and public sectors. Specifically, Gillian has been involved in major organizational change programmes within Barclays, RBS, Lloyds TSB, HBOS and Xerox, as well as the MOD and various public sector organisations.
After graduating from Brunel University, with a degree in Systems and Information Management, Gillian started her career with IBM working with clients in the Insurance sector. As a founding member of IBM’s Image and Solution Centre, she was one of the earliest consultants involved with the introduction of IBM’s imaging and workflow technologies within the UK.
Gillian also brings 18 years of business management experience. Upon leaving IBM Gillian formed Imago Consultants Limited, a specialist consultancy focussed on effective deployment of imaging and workflow technologies, which was acquired by Lava Systems and which in turn was acquired by Open Text. Gillian held the position of European Manager, Global Solutions Division for Lava and Open Text and subsequently SVP and General Manager UK for The Innovation Group, an insurance systems and services provider, with responsibility for key client relationships with the UK’s major General Insurers.
Gillian has a proven track record of building effective consulting teams within each of her previous roles. As Director of Business Transformation for Aiimi, Gillian has developed a team of highly experienced change management specialists, whose skills assist clients to absorb both organisational and operational change. Complementing Aiimi’s technical services capabilities, the Change Management Practice helps clients develop, introduce and then refine their business operations, focusing on effective change and benefits realisation.
Name: Roger Linnell

Bio:
Roger is focussed on finding and winning New Business for Aiimi. Roger has, for over 12 years, been defining, positioning, promoting, implementing and supporting Enterprise Content Management solutions. He has worked at senior levels in many household name companies and has led many sales cycles from initial contact through to closure. He has extensive knowledge of the content management supply chain for Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, Pharmaceutical, Financial, Media and Advertising industries, on a global scale.
Roger’s last role was heading up the European division of Schawk Digital Solutions. Prior to joining Schawk, Roger was the Head of Client Solutions for Seven Worldwide. He was directly responsible for a team selling, implementing and supporting, Enterprise Content Management Solutions for large Corporate companies. This encompassed Digital Asset Management, Business Process Management and Business Intelligence.
Prior to this role Roger spent a year in a senior business development position for Mediasurface, a leading European content management vendor following three years in a business development role for Seven worldwide concentrating on establishing the market for the type of ECM solutions we see today. In his early career Roger spent twelve years in the Royal Air Force flying in both Fast Jets and Helicopters.
Name: Iain Halliwell

Bio:
Iain is the Technical Director for Aiimi Ltd, Iain oversees all implementations and is responsible for ensuring the quality, best practice and policies around data security, standards and project governance are met. Iain also manages Aiimi’s enterprise support services offering, including managed services and remote hosted support.
Iain has over 12 years of technical design and solution delivery experience; after graduating in Electro Mechanical Engineering (BSc) at Bournemouth University, Iain worked as a senior solutions consultant at Lava Systems and subsequently Open Text as a Principal Technical Architect. Iain has in depth experience of creating innovative solutions to a wide range of industries including financial services, trading, central government and media.
Iain joined Aiimi as part of the TrustTech Ltd acquisition in March 2010; Iain founded TrustTech Ltd to facilitate the creation of a consultancy company that delivered technical expertise in Enterprise Content Management to private and public customers. TrustTech has a proven track record of competing with global consultancy companies on a quality and value based offering.
Name: Matt Eustace
Role: Principal
Bio:
Matt is a senior ECM consultant with Aiimi who comes from a recent background in Livelink and eDocs with Open Text and subsequently Attevo. Matt is responsible for technical and solutions architecture, with a particular focus on Pharmaceuticals and Local Government, having deployed several key solutions in these areas for customers across Northern Europe. Matt has strong pre-sales and sales support experience and is experienced in major bid responses and the tendering process.
After studying photography at St Albans, Matt quickly switched career choice and joined Computacenter in Radlett before moving on to run the logistics operation for South West England from their regional centre in Bristol. Matt moved further into IT networking and operations, holding posts in network support for Saga Group and Hewlett Packard, network manager for Economic Insurance and Hiscox Insurance before moving on to development roles with UK Internet and then Anodas.
Matt has 17 years IT experience, including a large range of technologies including Microsoft server and back office, ECM, reporting and development as well as the supporting infrastructures. Matt has worked at all levels from support and development up to management level and has a broad set of skills including the more customer focussed aspects such as project management and sales and with customers as diverse as Barclays Capital, CIBA Speciality Chemicals, Novo Nordisk, London Development Agency, The Olympic Legacy Company, The Pensions Regulator, Dundee City Council and The Norwegian Insurance Bourse.
Matt has worked extensively across the UK, Europe and the Far East including spending three years working in mainland China and as a result is proficient in Mandarin Chinese.
