When engaged as an implementation partner to deliver ongoing change in a ‘business as usual’ operation, our team aims to build a Centre of Excellence, capturing all intellectual property and ensuring knowledge is transferred and made available to those that may need it. This service includes:

  • Design, build, roll-out of small ongoing changes that are required throughout the year
  • Application of software patches and installation of minor releases
  • Project governance and rigour to internal policies and procedures
  • Adherence to service delivery interfaces and service level agreements
  • Ongoing communication and education required to all supporting departments and staff
