Even the most technologically advanced system will fail quickly if the people who are supposed to use it don’t understand why they need to change or what the benefit of such change will be to them and the company as a whole.
Our approach to communications works hand in hand with the parallel activities needed to deliver a new system or a change to an existing version. Our aim is to brand the initiative, giving it a corporate identity and raising its profile as a strategic step in the company’s goal to meet its planned objectives. We produce communication materials that are short, motivational, easy to read and in plain English.
Where appropriate we can assist with launch events, presentations, executive emails, personalised letters, leaflets, brochures and catalogues. And to attract as many people as possible we use multiple mediums including portals, websites, novelty teasers, automated SMS and email, newsletters, postcards, competitions, screensavers, blogs, forums and podcasts.
