Role: Business Development, Aiimi

Lisa is the Business Development Manager for Aiimi, responsible for the growth of new opportunities within Business Intelligence and Human Performance. Her primary functions are new client acquisition, managing key alliance relationships, global resource management, marketing events and campaign co-ordination.

After graduating in Psychology (University of Portsmouth), Lisa started her career in the Home Office before moving into IT recruitment and consultancy. Specialising in leading edge niche technology markets, she helped clients build ‘complete software lifecycle’ implementation teams. Lisa has real expertise in creating global talent communities in emerging technologies and has developed a deployment framework to support the search and retention of rare talent. Leveraging The ReThink Group’s certified immigration status, she has developed an engagement framework that can fast track work permits, visas and HSMP’s for international resources working in the UK or throughout EMEA.

Lisa’s wealth of commercial experience spans the public and private sector and she has built delivery teams for some of the largest companies in banking, insurance, retail, telecommunications and pharmaceuticals.
