Steve Salvin

Role: Managing Director, Aiimi

Steve is a Board Director of The ReThink Group Plc. and Managing Director of Aiimi with responsibility for running the latter’s business operations and rapid growth strategy. With a strong background in the creation, development and management of professional services organisations (offering global consulting and education services), he also offers special expertise in Business Process Management, Content Management and Business Intelligence technologies.

After graduating in Computation (UMIST), Steve began his career in software engineering, working with emerging technologies and helping customers deploy innovative, competitive solutions. After working at EDS & PWC, he became the founder and Managing Director of APS, which was acquired first by Lava Systems and subsequently by OpenText Corporation. He held VP EMEA positions at both Lava and OpenText and later at MicroStrategy, a leading Business Intelligence software firm.

Steve has built consulting teams throughout EMEA and created offshore centres of excellence in Eastern Europe, Spain and South Africa. Now, at Aiimi, he has assembled a world-class team that can deliver strategic consulting, complete implementation lifecycle services and managed services for ‘business as usual’ operations and support.
