The Group

The ReThink Group is a fast-growing consultancy organization, offering two core activities:

• Provision of business and technology solutions - with specialist expertise in Business Intelligence & Human Performance
• Professional grade Resource Management in markets such as Technology, Human Resources, Finance & Construction

The Group was established in March 2005 by Managing Director Jonathan Butterfield and Founding Directors Andrew Lord, Michael Bennett and Iain Blair. All four had previously worked together at Best International Group plc (co-founded by Jonathan Butterfield) a provider of staffing solutions and managed services to technology and telecoms sectors. Also involved from the outset (as non-executive directors) were Yusuf Sadiq and John O’Sullivan. In 2007 three further core members of the company were recruited: Robert O’Callaghan, to set up the Birmingham office; Simon Church, as the Group’s Business Development Director and Steve Salvin, to launch the Group’s ground-breaking Business Dynamics offering, Aiimi.

In June 2008 The Group floated the company on the London Stock Exchange AIM (RTG) appointing George Czasznicki and Keith Hirst CBE as non-executive Directors to the Group Board.

The ReThink Group has grown both organically and through a considered acquisition strategy. Today, we have offices in Manchester, Leeds, London, Bristol, Birmingham, Southend-on-Sea and Exeter and employ over 150 permanent staff with over 400 associate consultants working on client assignments.

Our aim is to be recognised as the leading supplier of talent and delivery of solutions in IT, HR, Finance and Construction.

Industry recognition

In 2007, ReThink Recruitment’s success was recognised with the award for ‘Recruitment Consultancy of the Year’ (Computing Awards for Excellence).
