Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated software sales professional with a proven track record of leading successful B2B sales campaigns that deliver profitable business for our company.

Our client base is UK wide, so this role will require an element of travel.


We are expecting you to:

  • Be a self-starter who understands how to drive the sales cycle – from lead generation and qualification; setting out winning sales strategies; managing the bid process and ultimately successfully negotiating and closing new business deals;
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communications skills. You will be comfortable dealing with senior and Board level customers face to face and have strong presentation skills;
  • Be experienced in managing commercial negotiations with prospective customers;
  • Be well organised, ensuring accurate forecasting of opportunities and management of your pipeline, demonstrating a high attention to detail, keeping our CRM up to date on your live suspects and prospects;
  • Use your current network and existing industry expertise to help generate new opportunities so that you can demonstrate ‘quick wins’ as soon as you arrive in your new role;
  • Understand the importance of both leading and being a team player with your colleagues;
  • Ensure you are skilled and knowledgeable in our software and wider offerings, while also having a good understanding of our prospective customers industry and how we can match Aiimi products and services to meet their business requirements;
  • Show absolute focus and single minded commitment to ensuring the growth of Aiimi revenue and profit by consistently hitting your sales targets and professionally representing our company.


  • Competitive salary
  • Competitive OTE (uncapped)

  • 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays (you will receive an additional day of annual leave for every 2 years of your employment)
