Power Platform Specialist

Job Description

Due to recent growth, Aiimi are recruiting for a Power Platform Specialist to join our professional services team where you will assist us in the use of technology to solve complex business problems both for our organisation and our clients.

The successful candidate will ideally be an experienced Microsoft 365 & Power Platform Specialist, with a proven track record of directing collaboration and process improvement projects – typically supporting design and development of solutions.

We help our customers solve problems and make the right decisions using data insight and advanced analytics. Almost all our work is done by embedding ourselves into customer teams, so you will be required to travel on-site to be part of one of the many innovative projects that we run within the utilities, manufacturing, retail and finance sectors.

Requirements

This role will see you

• Engaging with global business teams to gather requirements and understand processes.

• Working with stakeholders across organisations to help understand and implement information management and governance best practices.

• Leading all stages of solution development, including requirements definition, design, development, architecture, testing and support.

• Support the maintenance of Power Platform Environments.

• Migrating companies to the latest version of SharePoint and transitioning platforms into the cloud.

• Actively involved in the technical community, regularly attending conferences and user groups.

• Supporting pre-sales, proposal generation and creation of work breakdown structures.

• Getting stuck into all elements of the process including customer support.

You will

• Have hands on experience working with Power Platforms

• Be able to work in a team environment and enjoy proactively solving problems

• Have excellent stakeholder management skills and can communicate advanced concepts clearly to a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Want to be part of a diverse and inclusive team; you have good interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively relate to individuals at all levels.

• Have a real willingness to learn, using your creative initiative!

• Any Associate level Microsoft certifications across Power Platforms would be deemed as highly advantageous, but not essential.
