In this role you will be responsible for leading on the implementation of Aiimi Insight Engine with clients, spanning proof of technology-based engagements, to large scale production roll-out of the software, delivering and executing on these activities to achieve business outcomes and drive customer success. You will work with clients in a consultative capacity to understand their requirements and advise on how best these can be met through the implementation of Aiimi Insight Engine. Technical analysis and solution design, from an architectural, security and scaling standpoint is key to the success of this role, seeing design through to delivery and maintaining high quality and performance at the heart of everything we do. Aiimi is looking for someone who is highly communicative, can easily build relationships with clients, and who is experienced in managing stakeholders. An ability to interpret complex requirements and translate these into an easy-to-understand solution is also desirable.

Requirements

This role will see you

• Act as the bridge between Aiimi and our clients for Aiimi Insight Engine implementation projects, proactively leading on solution design, installation, configuration, quality assurance and performance testing, training users, and early life support when required.

• Embedding best practice processes for how Aiimi Insight Engine is installed and implemented with clients, striving to make this as seamless, scalable and repeatable a process as possible.

• Facilitating the transitioning of Aiimi Insight Engine projects as they complete into business-as-usual and a managed services engagement model

• Running product demonstrations where required, articulating complex technical concepts in easy-to-understand user friendly terms.

• Supporting the Aiimi Sales Team with shaping Aiimi Insight Engine client proposals and bids to influence what is proposed from an implementation perspective in a way that meets the desired outcome of the client.

• Minimise the volume of product change and bespoke development required to implement the Aiimi Insight Engine.

• Consistently delivering actionable feedback into Aiimi to drive product improvements

• Getting stuck into all elements of the process including customer support

You will

• Have previous experience of Elastic Stack which is essential for this role

• Have demonstrable experience of leading the implementation of complex software solutions

• Understand and have experience in Networking, Firewalls, Proxies, TLS & Certificates etc.

• Demonstrate the ability to proactively influence clients and stakeholders both internally and externally, always keeping business outcome in mind

• Be an expert in cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS or GCP

• Have excellent communications and time management skills, able to juggle multiple projects and clients at any one time

• Ideally have worked with large, complex organisations.

You will be responsible for the following main areas:

Technical Innovation and Delivery

• Ensure your own personal development, knowledge and skills are up to date and maintained, including emerging trends that may be relevant for solutions being developed particularly in the Cloud, Automation and Platform arenas

• Support an environment of continuous learning and development for the team sharing your knowledge and expertise

• Deploying Insight Engine in line with business requirements and continuing to support end users with the product, escalating where needed

• Deliver accurate, informative and clear product demonstrations to key stakeholders

Client side

• Ensuring that stakeholder expectations are managed and explored to find the best solutions

• Understanding end user feedback and making sure it’s communicated effectively to the development team

• Influencing stakeholders to ensure the business needs are reasonable and achievable

We are looking for candidates who the following technical skills:

• Azure/AWS/GCP

• Elastic Stack and Kibana

• Windows and Linux admin

• Python / .Net are desirable but not essential

• DevOps
