Why I moved to Aiimi – UI Consultant, Antonio Paxi.

What was your situation prior to joining Aiimi?

I was working for a large travel company.

Why did you think changing jobs was a good idea?

I had only been at the travel company for just under a year, and I was still enjoying my time there. But I wanted more of a challenge - something that would help me grow and refine my skills.

How did you feel at the time​?

I was a bit unsure if I’m honest. It’s fear of the unknown, I suppose. I knew changing jobs was a risk, but the potential benefits seemed to make sense in my mind. Turned out I was right.

What do you do at Aiimi?

I am a UI consultant working on a mix of projects for a large water company. My main role is to understand users’ experiences, and to produce high-fidelity, best-practice designs accordingly.

What attracted you to Aiimi​?

The culture. I heard a lot of positive things about the work ethos at Aiimi, which is an important thing for me. I relish the challenges, too: Aiimi is full of top thought leaders in their respective fields, so I wanted to join Aiimi to learn from them, and become a better and more rounded designer.

How has your experience at Aiimi been so far?

I’ve really been surprised by how nice everyone has been, and how much they care about individuals. I’ve learnt so much in the short time I’ve been here, which is helping me to grow. Aiimi rocks!
